Nothing's Ear 3A wireless earbuds are currently selling for $79 at Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy. This price is $20 lower than the standard cost and matches the lowest price recorded for the product. All four available colors are included in the discount.

The Ear 3A models feature active noise cancellation and extensive equalizer controls. The noise reduction system effectively lowers low-frequency sounds from air conditioners and airplane cabins, though it does not fully block out human chatter. A shortcut within the device allows users to access ChatGPT directly.

The earbuds include 32MB of built-in storage. This memory enables users to record phone calls for up to two hours and transfer the audio files through a companion app. Each pair also ships with extra-small ear tips to improve fit.

The product comes in several colors, including a distinct pink shade. The design is intended to offer customization options that are uncommon in this price range. Users can adjust the sound profile to correct the default bass-heavy tone.

John Higgins, a colleague at The Verge, noted that the default audio leans toward bass but is easy to modify. He found the level of customization unusual for earbuds at this price point. The team did identify some software issues during testing.

These bugs included abrupt shifts in noise cancellation levels when using the adaptive feature. Occasional problems also occurred with voice calls in noisy environments. Despite these technical hiccups, the hardware remains available at the discounted rate at all three retailers.
